个人简介
肖宇晨（1994-），西湖大学卓越学者。哈佛大学生物与生物医学博士（Ph.D. Biological and Biomedical Sciences）；加州大学洛杉矶分校微生物、免疫与分子基因学学士（B.S. Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics）。博士毕业后入选西湖大学卓越学者计划（Westlake Fellow）并建立实验室。
学术成果及研究方向
肖宇晨博士致力于探索大脑及神经系统的运作机制。我们通过直接记录人类颅内脑电信息，发现了部分认知控制（Cell Reports 2023）与记忆的大脑内神经机制。大脑gamma波精准追溯记忆新旧并准确预测记忆调取结果，为构建记忆理论框架与研发记忆相关脑机接口应用提供灵感。在西湖大学，实验室将沿两条路径向实现脑科学新突破前进：神经生物学基础与人脑功能神经机制。第一方面，课题组拟以小/大鼠作为模式动物探究神经生物学基础，初期拟研究视觉神经机制及视觉恢复相关应用。第二方面，我们通过直接记录人类颅内电生理信号（sEEG、ECoG等）与电刺激，加以计算神经科学方法探索在其他动物身上难以研究的人类高级智慧功能的神经机制。
